We want all campers and staff to feel safe at Bishops Green Farm and enjoy their time here. Please note the following COVID measures that are in place.
NHS Test & Trace: It is a legal requirement for campsites to take track and trace details of all persons over 16. On arrival please scan our QR code on your NHS COVID-19 App. Alternatively you can give your details to us. You are not permitted to stay if you do not complete this process.
Facility Block: Please be prepared to use your own washing facilities and proper chemical toilet that can be disposed of at our waste disposal point. All waste water will need to be collected and emptied into the waste water service point and not allowed to soak onto the pitch. Toilet and shower tents are permitted.
The facility block will remain closed until further notice. The laundry and freezer will not be open.
If/when facility block opens you will be required to wear a mask and you may have to book shower slots. We ask that you use your own facilities in your unit as much as possible – this will help us manage demand and queuing.
Check in: If you are a regular visitor you may be given a code for the gate on arrival and your pitch number so that you have a contact free check in. New visitors are requested to please remain in vehicles at the entrance and will be escorted to their pitch. It is helpful if you arrive at the agreed time to avoid congestion. Please be patient as we may be showing someone else to their pitch. Duty receptionist telephone number will be posted.
Visitors: Day visitors are strictly not permitted. Please meet them off site. The fishing lake will remain closed to all day fishermen and fisherwomen.
Pitching: our campsite is spacious and our pitches have adequate spacing between them providing sensible social distancing. If you pitch incorrectly you will be asked to move.
Cleaning: enhanced and regular cleaning will be carried out. This includes water taps, waste facilities area, entrance/exit gates, bins, sinks and facility block.
Hands: Hand sanitiser is located at entrances and various points throughout the site – please always use it.
Hot water for hand washing will be available in the sink outside the facilities block.
Government: You must follow latest government guidance on social distancing, group size, numbers allowed to meet/socialise, bubbles and area travel tiers. If we are required to close, please be aware that this may need to be done at short notice.
Covid 19 : You must not visit if you have Covid 19 or experience symptoms of Covid 19. If you are on site and start having symptoms please telephone reception and arrange to leave the site quickly. You are unable to quarantine on site.
Bookings: You can amend or move a booking up to 8 days prior to your arrival depending on availability.
In the event that we are forced to close due to COVID 19 you will receive a full refund of your booking.
Our normal terms and cancellation policy apply (see terms and conditions).
Holiday cancellation insurance is the responsibility of the customer.
